I had a pretty mixed experience during my stay. On the plus side, my room was spacious, clean, and had great views from the 20th floor 🌆. However, I faced issues like the pool being closed for part of my visit and the extra charges for a non-smoking room that felt misleading. Overall, while I enjoyed some features, the negatives left me a bit disappointed.

Rooms
7.0
My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a lovely view from the 20th floor. However, I was charged extra for a non-smoking room upon arrival, which felt unfair.
Service
6.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk, but I had some frustrating interactions regarding room arrangements.
Location

The hotel is a bit far from the Strip; getting a taxi can be tricky. It's not in the best spot if you're looking to walk around.
Dining

I found the dining options much better than expected. The restaurants had delicious food at reasonable prices, especially the Brass Fork.

The pool area was nice but closed during my stay, which was a letdown. The casino and movie theater on-site were enjoyable, though.

6.8/10

During my stay at Palace Station, I appreciated the smooth check-in process and the spacious room I received on the 18th floor, which offered a nice view. While the dining options, particularly at the Golden Fork restaurant, were enjoyable and reasonably priced, I did encounter some cleanliness issues and a lack of basic amenities like a mini-fridge in the room. Overall, it was a decent experience for the price, especially for those with a car looking to explore beyond the Strip, though some service aspects could use improvement.

Rooms

I found the room spacious and clean, but I had expected a mini-fridge, which was not included in the room rate. I'd have to pay extra if I wanted one, which was a bit disappointing.
Service

While the staff were generally friendly, my experience with customer service was mixed. I found some responses to requests for help with minor issues lacking in efficiency.
Location
7.0
The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the Strip, which makes it convenient if you have a car. However, for those relying on public transport, it may feel a bit isolated.

I enjoyed the meals at the Golden Fork; the portions were generous and the prices were good. However, I wish there were more affordable options, especially late at night.

The pool area was nice, offering a relaxing environment, but I found the fitness center to be rather small. Room service was quite good and timely during my stay.

My stay at Palace Station was decent but had its ups and downs. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, which made my experience enjoyable. However, I faced some issues with elevators being down and the pool being closed during my visit, which was frustrating. Overall, I appreciated the dining options available, but some improvements are definitely needed.

Rooms

I had a spacious room that felt like a mini suite with a nice bathroom and a king bed tucked in an alcove. Overall, I found the room to be clean and comfy, just missing a few amenities like a fridge.
Service
7.0
The staff, especially at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. However, the lack of managerial presence during my stay was noticeable, and the service could’ve been more engaging.
Location
7.0
The hotel is a bit away from the main strip but offers a free shuttle service which is a huge plus. It’s close enough for easy access but feels a bit removed from the Vegas hustle.
Dining
9.0
I enjoyed a buffet breakfast which had good options, and I was impressed by the variety of dining experiences available throughout the hotel. The prices were reasonable too, which was a bonus.
Facilities
6.0
While I appreciated the amenities like the casino and quick room service, the broken elevators caused some major delays, and I was disappointed that the pool was closed on one of the hottest days.

Overall, my stay at Palace Station Hotel & Casino was enjoyable, especially with the fantastic dining options and friendly staff. However, the shuttle service left much to be desired, and I encountered a few issues with pick-up locations. The comfort of the rooms was great, but it could use some updates to fully match the lovely renovations throughout the hotel.

Rooms

My room was spacious and clean, though the drapes didn’t block out the light well, making it bright at night. A minor issue, but one to note.
Service

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. but I had some frustrations with the shuttle service, particularly with a rude driver and a lack of clear communication.
Location

My stay at Palace Station Hotel & Casino was a mix of highs and lows. The Junior Suite I booked was spacious and affordable, which I appreciated. However, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing, particularly when it came to my late checkout request, leading to unnecessary frustration. Overall, the hotel offers a decent gambling atmosphere and great dining options, especially the Oyster Bar. 😊

Rooms

The Junior Suite was spacious and well-priced. The room was clean upon arrival, but not luxurious as expected.
Service

While some staff were friendly, my interaction with the front desk was frustrating, notably during the checkout process where they did not honor a late checkout request.

Dining
